Bio
 A
veteran teacher who has taught almost every aspect
of ELA in the last 40 years, Sara Biltz has
degrees from Purdue University at West Lafayette,
IN, and Indiana University at Bloomington, IN. She
is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of South
Carolina in Language and Literacy. She has taught
in Indiana, Ohio, and South Carolina. Her passions
are writing across the curriculum and challenging
her students. Sara currently teaches a variety of
courses at Mid-Carolina High School in Prosperity,
SC: Advanced Placement Literature, honors English,
Public Speaking, and Creative Writing. In her few
spare minutes, she spends time with her husband of
40 years and her three-year-old Maltese, Grissom.
