Thoughts on Educating

In a lecture to students at his medical school, Atul Gawande describes five things one can do to make a worthy difference, to become a "positive deviant" in one's field of work. One of those suggestions is to "write something." So here I am...writing something. Eventually, as soon as I figure out how to upload the software and design it, this page will become a blog, but for now it's just me throwing my thoughts down about teaching. learning, and the fabulous and frustrating profession I love.
